English giants Manchester United clash with Spanish side Valencia in the matchday 2 of the UEFA Champions League group H both sides eager to get a result.

Man United will be more keen of the two sides to get back to winning ways in front of their home faithful to bounce back from their latest 3-1 defeat to West Ham away from home in their last English Premier League encounter.

United head into the clash in relatively mediocre form having lost two, won two and drawn one of their last five matches in all competition.

Despite their recent poor run of form United still, sit at the summit of the Champions League table with a superior goal difference compared to second-placed Juventus who they are tied on points.

Jose Mourinho charges will be particularly keen to get back their confidence by beating the Spanish outfit as they seek to win the Champions League in a decade.

Valencia, on the other hand, visits Old Trafford targeting to heap more misery on the beleaguered Red Devils by condemning them to yet another defeat and land their first Champions League points this season.

Marcelino charges head into the match in high spirits after defeating 1-0  Real Sociedad in their domestic League and they will fancy more of the same against their hosts.

The visitors currently lie second from bottom of the Champions League group without a point and they will be eager to exploit the vulnerable United side to sneak away with the maximum points.

Valencia is currently in mediocre form coming into the match having managed a single win, three draws and one defeat in their last five matches.

Man United will be hoping that Belgian hitman Romelu Lukaku finds back his scoring touch to inspire them past the Spanish outfit who will Rely on talented Portuguese winger Giancarlo Guedes to find the goals upfront.
